Inquiries are handled by email and answered within two business days. Intake forms are sent after the first reply so that route shortlisting can begin. Consultation sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Mountain Time, by phone or video call. Group planning requests are routed to the client coordinator.
